I love this toile bedding set. I have it on a dark stained sleigh crib. The print is much paler and lighter than pictured here. I like that it's reversible with toile on one side and gingham checked on the other (on both the quilt and the bumper). The bed skirt and sheet are pink and white gingham. I have also paired the set with pink & white polka dot sheet (bought separately from Tadpoles). They all look great mixed together.
My daughter is now 7 mos old and she likes to run her fingers along the toile print on the crib bumper while she's awake and laying in bed in the morning.
I used the quilt for the first few months as a "sheet" for the baby since it was nice and soft and added extra comfort to the crib. I just tucked in the edges and it was not loose.
I had toile curtains custom made for my baby's room to "go with" (and not be matchy-matchy) the set. I liked that the bed set was pale because it came off as complimentary with the custom curtains that were a bit darker toile. FWIW, I used fabric by Robert Allen, Hush-a-bye in Praline for the curtains.
My only complaint about this set is the fleecy edging has separated from the bumper fabric and needs to be resewn in a two inch spot. It happened in the area where I put the crib side up and down alot.
To do it over again, I might have considered a black and white toile instead since the contrast would be easier for my baby to see and distinguish.
Overall, the set is tasteful and understated and I think Tadpoles is a good brand. I recommend it.

I had a hard time finding bedding--was very drawn to the high end expensive designs but didn't want to spend the $. I found this set to be a great compromise. Basic, but cute. Quality is fine, colors are soft, and the toile is understated which is just what I was looking for. And you can't beat the price. I'm pairing it with light acqua accents to add some color and style.

I was very pleased when I received this set. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars was because 1) the material isn't as soft as I had hoped. Perhaps after washing, it will be softer. 2) The trim on the quilt is a different shade of pink than the toile pattern. It's not terribly mis-matched, but it is noticeable. The pink in the patterns is very light and is beautiful; exactly the color we were looking for. I got the Amy Coe "Hush A Bye" nightlight to go with this and they complement nicely. If you are looking for a beautiful set that is not too girly or frilly, it's a great set!

I love toile so when I saw that the pattern was used as crib bedding, I had to have it for our little girl. After shopping around at a few other stores and websites, I decided that this particular print was the best looking and the best priced. [...] The microfleece piping that borders the bumper and quilt are a bit different in color from the pink in the toile, but still very cute that I don't mind it. I didn't purchase the coordinating pillows, however, based on the other mom's saying the toile pink color didn't match. Also, very cute with our white crib.

I really liked this bedding online, even though you can't really see the bunny toile pattern. When I see it online it looks almost rose colored, but when I got it is a much lighter pink and the trim on the bumper and quilt has almost a peach tint to it. It was different than I thought it would look like, but still very cute. I haven't washed it yet or put it in a crib (haven't bought one yet), so I'm not sure how it will hold up but I hope it does well.
***I wouldn't recommend purchasing the pillows that are in the same pattern. They are a different color pink than the bedding and don't really match. They have a rosy backing to them rather than the pink of the bedding and it almost seems like the toile is a different color. I don't think they are made by Tadpoles...***

I ordered this bedding in the sage color which I do not see advertised at this time. It is beautiful. I also ordered the sage throw pillows at the same time. When I received the items I was disappointed to learn the items were not the same color. The pillows were more olive instead. The two do not look good together. I don't know if this would be a problem in the pink color.

This set just arrived and I think it's wonderful! The picture doesn't do it justice - the fabric is soft, clean cotton and the trim is this wonderful, fluffy fleece.
I'm really happy to put my new little girl to sleep on this.
